HOW TO REGISTER WITH THE AWARD

To register for the program complete and print the Registration Form below. Mail the completed form, along with a $20 registration fee, to the Division Office at:

NOTE:
A GROUP LEADER will register each individual group. Group participants register in the Award program with their Group Leader. Record books are obtained from the Award Office by the Group Leader at a cost of $20.00 each....These will be mailed to the Group Leader with an invoice for the total number of registered group participants along with an Award information package.
