Why should donors give to The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award?

In the coming years Newfoundland and Labrador is going to need an infusion of high calibre, young people with the drive and vision to compete in the global marketplace. By donating your money, you can invest in our most precious natural resource, the leaders of tomorrow.

The promotion and delivery of this ambitious non-profit Programme requires considerable financial resources. Your contribution will be vital in strengthening an organization, which is dedicated to developing young people who will lead us into our future with compassion and vision.

The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award builds character, independent thinking and disciplined work ethic. Through community service, skill development, active living and outdoor adventures. The Award helps youth become self starters, potential leaders, and highly motivated producers.
