Volunteers

The Duke of Edinburgh's Award relies on the hard work of volunteers to motivate and encourage the youth of the community. You do not need to have completed an Award to volunteer with us, however knowledge of the Programme is useful. If you have completed The Duke of Edinburgh's Award, you may want to check out the Award Holder's Association for unique opportunities.

Many people have contacted us looking for opportunities located in their region. Duke of Ed. Field Officers located across Ontario are looking for volunteers to help them with presentations, expeditions, office tasks among other events. These opportunities are often sporadic and specific to a certain region. Please contact the Field Officer in your region to find out what they need volunteers for:
