Salary Range: $35,000 to $50,000 (dependant on experience)

Initially, this administrative champion will be supporting our Human Resources Manager to transition our charity to a national structure. Also, the champion will work closely with the Finance Manager and various members of the Award team across the country. This champion must love learning and building on new and existing knowledge related to the implementation of new software, processes and working methodologies. Experience taking minutes on a regular basis is essential.

The position offers a competitive employment package and compensation commensurate with experience, in a friendly and collaborative work environment. Initially the champion will work remotely until the downtown Toronto office reopens, at which point this will become the regular place of work.
