3rd Party Expedition Providers

The following organizations are examples of suggested sources for the Adventurous Journey. Interested participants should contact the individual organization for further information. The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Nova Scotia Division assumes no responsibility in the administration of these programs, as it is the responsibility of the award participant to plan and organize his/her own trip.

Please note we do not screen or do any background checks on the companies listed here. The Award office does not accept any liability for your participation with any of the expeditions listed below.

All participants are required to complete Preparation and Training activities before they embark on their Practice Journey, which is to happen before their qualifying journey. It is the participant’s responsibility to have completed ALL required prerequisite training completed in order.

If you do not complete the steps in order, you will have to repeat your Adventurous Journey

Please feel free to get in touch with us if you come across other opportunities; we'd love to be able to share them with our participants!
