Second Nature Outdoors Gold Adventurous Journey

August 8th - 11th, Second Nature Outdoors is hosting a Gold Adventurous Journey planned especially for Gold participants in Duke of Ed! This would be a great opportunity to take advantage of if you are looking to complete your Gold expedition this summer. They will also offer a practice journey July 29th-30th.

The cost of the expedition and the practice journey is $660 plus HST. If you have already completed the practice journey, the cost of the 4 day expedition is $459 plus HST.

Since we want you to have the chance to finish your Gold Adventurous Journey, we are going to subsidise the cost of registration for the FIRST six participants that register. If you would like to register for the August 8-11 expedition, the price you would pay is $194.52. If you would like to register for the August 8-11 expedition PLUS the practice journey, the price you would pay is $ 425.67.

The Second Nature Outdoors Leadership Program is a 4 day program designed to build leadership skills through adventure based experiences in youth ages 16 and over. During this program, participants will have fun and meet new people in an "unplugged" environment. Participants will develop hard skills such as orienteering, how to light a fire, and other backcountry skills. Participants will also learn softer skills such as working with others, problem solving, goal setting, and much more. This year Second Nature Outdoors will be heading south to the Bay of Fundy to hike the Fundy Footpath.
