Award Framework Delivery Partnerships
Our Award Framework Delivery Partners provide supportive environments to our participants, delivering the framework with care and consistency. And in the process help expand access while ensuring participants have a meaningful, high-quality Award experience.
Individual Licensed Award Centers are officially licensed to deliver the Award Framework to its own members, providing guidance, support, and oversight throughout their Award journey.
Operating Partners are organizations with broader regional, provincial or National scope of Award delivery. Operating partners may have multiple Award Centers under its jurisdiction, and are licensed to deliver the Award Framework.
Education Operating Partners are Education organizations with broader regional, provincial or National scope of Award delivery. Operating partners may have multiple Award Centers under its jurisdiction, and are licensed to deliver the Award Framework using the Award Co-curricular approach.
Registered Activity Providers are organizations licensed to deliver to deliver one or more sections of the Award, providing meaningful activity to participants in line with the Award Framework.
Non-Delivery Partnerships
Our Non-Delivery Partnerships help enhance the Award experience by connecting Award participants to complementary programs, resources, and opportunities.
Collaborative Award Partners are registered organizations collaborating to advance shared goals, expand access, strengthen youth development and inspire young people to reach their full potential.
Award Employer Partners are Registered organizations who recognize the value of the Award framework and the unique skills, resilience, and initiative that Award achievers bring to their workplaces and communities.

Minister’s Visit Highlights Award Partnership at HCDSB
November 26, 2025Ontario’s Minister of Education, Paul Calandra, MPP Joseph Racinsky, and HCDSB Director of Education John Klein visited Christ the King Catholic Secondary School to celebrate the launch of an Education Operating Partnership (EOP) with Halton Catholic District School Board, supporting students on their Award.
