This Directory is a guide for Award Leaders, participants and parents/guardians to use when considering options for completing the Community Service section.
Please Note: Any decision to use a Registered Activity Provider (RAP) must be based on one’s own research to determine the suitability of an activity for the participant. The Award does not endorse one RAP over another but is providing this list as possible options for Award Centres and participants to consider.

The go-to Adventurous Journey provider for home learners throughout the Lower Mainland, BC and Canada, with monthly 2–5 day options throughout the school year (Sep–Jun). We create custom groups for schools and offer trips in BC, Yukon and Ontario. We also provide opportunities (local to Vancouver) to fulfill your Skills, Voluntary Service and Physical Recreation sections. Vancouver Outdoor School is also an Award Centre!
Earth Rangers, a Canadian charity dedicated to empowering young people to protect animals and the environment, supports teens in transforming their interest in the environment into meaningful action. With guidance from our staff, you’ll design and carry out a project focused on an issue that matters to you—whether it’s protecting wildlife, addressing climate change, or improving local ecosystems. Along the way, you’ll build valuable skills, contribute to real solutions, and make an impact in your community. This is your opportunity to take action and help shape a cleaner, healthier future.
Disclaimer: All Registered Activity Providers (RAP’s) are required to have child protection and safety management procedures in place. Organizations who are not licensed as a RAP may not use the Award logo or endorse their activities as meeting Award requirements.
