Award Canada partners with national and regional organizations to enhance youth development through service, leadership, and adventure. These Operating Partners integrate The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award into their existing programs, using its proven framework to support personal growth, goal setting, and community engagement.
Each partner delivers the Award to hundreds or thousands of youth annually, aligning with their mission while benefiting from the structure, recognition, and global standards the Award provides. Through a tiered licensing model, partners gain increasing autonomy, allowing them to embed the Award sustainably into their culture and programming.
Together, these partnerships expand the Award’s reach, ensuring young people from all backgrounds access transformative experiences that build confidence, resilience, and purpose.
