What Is A Vac Bronze, Silver and Gold Award Holder Celebration?

Award Canada hosts virtual Bronze, Silver and Gold Celebrations (previously known as Ceremonies) for recipients within the Virtual Award Centre. During these Celebrations, Bronze, Silver and Gold Award recipients from across Canada come together to recognized for their Award achievements by an Award presenter.

The VAC Celebration offers a few key advantages:

  • You can attend from anywhere and invite unlimited guests to join as you’re celebrated for your achievements.

  • The online format makes the Celebration more convenient and flexible for your schedule.

  • Engage in interactive breakout rooms where you can connect with other recipients, share experiences, and build connections that can prepare you for the next level of your Award.

  • A special Award package will be mailed to recipients attending the Celebration upon request via. registration form.

How does it work?

All recipient and guest are required to log into Zoom to attend the Celebration.

The Celebration promises an engaging event with a keynote speaker, recognition ceremony and networking opportunities that will inspire and motive attendees. During the recognition portion of the Celebration, each recipient will be individually acknowledged, allowing for a personalized celebration of their achievements. In addition to these highlights, there will be opportunities for interaction and connection among recipients, making it a memorable and community-focused celebration. Participants will also have the chance to engage in Zoom breakout rooms for interactive discussions and networking.

Each Award recipient will receive one device link for accessing the Celebration, along with two additional guest devices, totaling three device access links with no limit on the number of guests who can appear on screen. If there are any changes to the guest(s) who will be logging in remotely, kindly send the name and email of the new guest(s) to at least 24 hours prior to the Celebration.

Please be aware that only those registered on the recipient and guest list will be allowed to enter the virtual celebration.
