This report highlights the measurable impact of the Award Canada Way in transforming education, boosting employability, and fostering inclusion through strategic partnerships. We are proud of how our framework has expanded access to youth development opportunities, equipping young people across Canada with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the 21st century. 

Key highlights include: 

• Over 11,000 young people participating in the Award in 2024 
• The launch and success of Co-curricular Approach Pilot integrating Award activities with academic curricula, creating new pathways to both personal growth and academic success.
• Key partnerships with educators and community organizations, driving forward our vision of education transformation by aligning formal and experiential learning experiences. 
• 79% of participants see improvement in self-confidence and agency, fostering the resilience and leadership employers seek 
• Insights into how we are working with partners to build inclusive pathways to education and employment for marginalized and underrepresented youth
