Example SMART Goal: I always feel like I’m running out of time! For the next 13 weeks, I’ll spend an hour each week learning and testing different productivity methods like time blocking, the Pomodoro technique, and to-do lists. I’ll track what works best for me.

Example Assessor: Teacher, guidance counselor, or community program coordinator

Example Log: Tried the Pomodoro technique today, 25 minutes of focus, then a 5-minute break. Got way more homework done than usual! The timer really helped me stay on track. Testing time blocking tomorrow.

Example SMART Goal: Exercise helps me think clearer! I’m committing to morning workouts three times a week for 13 weeks. I’ll track how it affects my energy and focus throughout the day.

Example Assessor: Gym teacher, fitness instructor, or recreation center staff

Example Log: Did a 20-minute workout before school today. Felt way more awake in first period than usual! Noticing that moving in the morning sets up my whole day better.

Example SMART Goal: Other students struggle with time management too! I’m volunteering an hour each week to help run a homework club, helping younger students organize their assignments and manage their time.

Example Assessor: Teacher, librarian, or after-school program coordinator

Example Log: Helped a grade 7 student create her first weekly planner today. She was overwhelmed with three projects due the same week. We broke everything into smaller steps and she left feeling so much better!

(Completed as a team. Participants will work together to plan and complete their journey.)
