Leadership Certification
Focuses on developing leadership skills such as communication, decision-making, and team management. Students complete activities, assignments or workshops that explore leadership styles, principles, and practical applications in school or community settings
Portfolio Development Certification
Students learn to create a professional portfolio showcasing their skills, experiences, and achievements. This includes setting goals and documenting SHSM and Award activities in the ORB, reflecting on growth, and organizing evidence for future job or post-secondary applications.
Project Management Certification
Introduces students to planning, organizing, and executing projects effectively. They learn transferable skills like scheduling, resource management, and teamwork through planning and completing the Adventurous Journey.
