Example Assessor:
Fashion teacher, seamstress, tailor, or experienced crafter

Example ORB Log:
Finished hemming my first project today. My stitches are more even than my first attempt. I improved by taking my time and pinning carefully. Trying a zipper installation next week.

Confidence and movement matter in fashion. For 13 weeks, I’ll practice dance, yoga, or movement for 1 hour each week, focusing on posture, coordination, and presentation skills.

Example Assessor:
Dance instructor, drama teacher, or fitness instructor

Example ORB Log:
Practiced movement and posture exercises today. My balance improved and I feel more confident presenting myself. Working on fluid transitions next session.

Example Assessor:
Shelter coordinator, charity volunteer supervisor, or community organization staff

Example ORB Log:
Completed 2 knitted hats for the donation drive today. My tension is more consistent now. The coordinator mentioned they always need warm accessories so I am starting a scarf next.
