Example Assessor:
Stable manager, experienced horse owner, or equestrian instructor

Example ORB Log:
Watched tutorials on proper grooming sequence today and we learned to start at the neck and work back. I understand why hoof care is important now. Visiting a local stable to practice next week.

Example SMART Goal (Bronze, 13 weeks):
Working with horses requires core strength and balance. For 13 weeks, I’ll spend 1 hour per week on activities that build these skills: cycling, yoga, or riding lessons.

Example Assessor:
Riding instructor, gym teacher, or cycling coach

Example ORB Log:
Biked on trails today. My balance over rough terrain improved and I stayed steady through the tricky sections. Core feels stronger from holding position. Adding steeper trails next week.

Example SMART Goal (Bronze, 13 weeks):
I want to help animals and the people who care for them. For 13 weeks, I’ll volunteer 1 hour per week at a horse stable or equine therapy program, helping with daily care.

Example Assessor:
Stable volunteer coordinator, equine therapy program manager, or farm supervisor

Example ORB Log:
Helped with stalls and refilled water today. I improved my efficiency by organizing supplies before starting. Got to groom one of the horses! She’s learning to trust me more each week.
